Free US First Class shipping on all orders $50 and over!
Your order will be processed and shipped from Tijeras, NM 3-5 business days from order receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Delivery times will vary based on shipping method selected at checkout.
S. A. Plunkett Naturals is not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or loss. Upgrading to Priority Mail at checkout will help protect your package in case of an unfortunate circumstance.
S. A. Plunkett Naturals LLC is not responsible for products that melt or liquefy during shipping or due to pore storage practices. During extreme weather we suggest having your order delivered to your workplace or opting for the "signature required" shipping method at checkout to ensure your package is not left out in the elements. Please contact us as soon as possible, with any package delivery problems.
If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of the box and damaged item(s) and hold on to everything. The photos and damaged items will be required to process any damage claims.
If your package is showing delivered, but you have not received it, please do the following:
-Make sure the address you entered at checkout is accurate. You can check this on your delivery confirmation email.
-Check the tracking number to see exactly where it was left (mailbox, front porch, back porch, side yard, etc.).
-Check with individuals living at your residence. Someone may have forgotten to share delivery information.
-Check with neighbors. Occasionally USPS does deliver to the wrong address.
-Call your local post office for more information. Unfortunately they have been known to mark packages as delivered 1-2 days early.
Due to the nature of the products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is unopened and in it's original packaging and condition. Original shipping costs on returned or exchanged items cannot be refunded; buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs; S. A. Plunkett Naturals is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, let us know so we can try to make it right!Cancellations are gladly accepted within 24 hours of purchase, as long as your order has not already shipped. Please send an inquiry with your order number to start that process.
